Shipping policy

• All orders within India are shipped through domestic courier companies or speed post only.
• Orders are shipped within 3-5 working days.
• kitekidswear.com is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company/postal department and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 3-5 working days from the date of order.
• Most orders are delivered within one week for Pan India.
• Once the products are shipped from our location, we will send tracking details along with courier company details through email or WhatsApp.
• Extra shipping charge has to be paid if your order has to be shipped again if it was returned by courier company.
• You will be  responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item.

           DELIVERY TIME

• Most orders are delivered within one week for Pan India.

• Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected  travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions and strikes.
